At SP Energy Networks, we keep electricity flowing to homes and businesses through our vast network. As we transition to a greener future, our infrastructure must be safe, reliable, and future-ready. That’s where you come in.

We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to lead and coordinate inspection activities of Rising and Lateral Mains (RLMs) across multi-storey properties, flats, and houses. You’ll ensure inspections are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with regulatory and asset management standards, while working closely with a wide range of stakeholders including housing associations, local authorities, and internal teams.

What you’ll be doing

  • Coordinate with contractors, housing associations, landlords, and local authorities to gain access and deliver inspections.
  • Ensure inspections are completed to standard, documented accurately, and reported in a timely manner.
  • Identify and escalate risks, non-compliances, or hazards, ensuring swift resolution.
  • Support data validation and contribute to decisions on asset condition and operational planning.
  • Promote a zero-accident culture by ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience in project coordination or asset inspection within utilities or housing.
  • Knowledge of electrical infrastructure, particularly RLMs (or willingness to train).
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with H&S regulations and inspection protocols.
  • Proficiency in digital tools (Excel, MS Project, GIS, inspection software).
  • Full UK driving licence and flexible to travel.

What’s in it for you

As well as a competitive salary which is reviewed annually, you can also enjoy a number of other benefits. With our pension scheme, we’ll double match your contribution up to a company contribution of 10%.
