A leading utility services company in Wakefield is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage project documentation and support project managers. The successful candidate will coordinate communications with customers and suppliers, ensure compliance in project delivery, and have experience in the utilities sector. Candidates should be organized, proactive, and capable of problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity to contribute to successful project outcomes with a supportive team.
Our ICP team is growing, and we’re looking for a Project Coordinator who can keep everything running smoothly from first enquiry through to delivery.
You’ll be part of the team who keeps programmes up to date, documents in order and communication flowing between customers, designers, IDNOs, suppliers, subcontractors and the site teams. It’s a busy role with loads of variety, one minute you’re updating design registers, the next you’re sorting materials or helping resolve an IDNO claim.
Your work helps make sure our projects land on time, on budget and to the right standard, and you’ll play a big part in how we deliver for customers.
We’re looking for someone who’s organised, proactive and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days look the same.
