Main Duties
- Carry out onboarding calls to gather customer requirements for phone systems
- Set up customer phone lines and broadband within agreed targets and SLAs
- Record, categorise, and prioritise customer support tickets
- Liaise with sales teams, colleagues, and distributors to resolve any order issues
- Provide assistance to customers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
- Arrange and coordinate site surveys and installations
- Keep clear communication with managers, team members, and other departments
- Offer support across the Hosted & Connectivity team when required
About You
Experience & Knowledge
- 1+ year in a customer service role (telecoms background is a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong telephone manner
- Familiar with CRM systems and Outlook 365
- Able to multitask and manage workload effectively
