Project Coordinator

Location: Redditch (Office-based, with occasional travel)

Salary: £35k + £5k Car Allowance

Benefits: 25 days holiday (increasing with service) + Birthday off

Are you a highly organised multitasker who thrives on keeping projects and people running smoothly? Our client is looking for a proactive Project Coordinator to join their team and play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of the business, supporting at Director level.

This is a varied and fast-paced position, touching everything from performance analysis and recruitment compliance to event planning and health & safety oversight.

What you'll be doing:
  1. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Analyse key metrics, spot trends, and provide actionable insights.
  2. Recruitment & Compliance: Ensure staff paperwork and records are complete, accurate, and up to date.
  3. Admin & Event Support: Organise quarterly meetings/events, manage diaries, book travel and accommodation, and prepare presentations.
  4. Training & Systems Support: Help roll out training and provide Salesforce guidance.
  5. Health & Safety: Monitor compliance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
