Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 plus bonus/benefits (DoE)

Hybrid set up: 4 days in the office, 1 day from home

Responsibilities
  • Overseeing the search process across multiple projects and supporting Consultants/Partners to ensure smooth delivery
  • Liaising with clients and candidates to schedule meetings and interviews across time zones
  • Preparing client-facing documents including CVs, research reports, presentations and weekly updates
  • Managing and updating the internal database with candidate and client information
  • Providing PA-style support including diary management, expenses, travel arrangements and ad hoc cover
  • Assisting with office management such as ordering supplies, IT troubleshooting and meeting room preparation
  • Meeting and greeting guests, ensuring a professional front-of-house experience
Qualifications
  • At least three years’ experience in executive search or professional services
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident engaging with senior stakeholders
  • Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented, with strong proofreading skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
