Role

Project Coordinator – UK Food & Beverage Projects:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual to join our Project Management Office (PMO), supporting the delivery of Food & Beverage projects across UK travel locations. From new openings and refits to pop-ups and closures, you’ll help ensure projects run smoothly, efficiently, and in line with core principles.

Reporting directly to the Head of Business Development & Brand Relationships, and working closely with the Project Manager, you’ll coordinate across multiple work streams including Construction, Finance, HR, IT, Legal, and Operations. This is a junior-level, full-time role on a fixed-term contract until 31/08/2026, ideal for a graduate or early-career professional looking to build a career in project management.

Hybrid working is available, with regular site visits required.

Main Duties

Main Duties will include:

  • Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions.
  • Draft reports and maintain trackers to support project visibility and governance.
  • Support project initiation and closure activities, ensuring documentation is complete.
Governance & Documentation
  • Maintain accurate records including risk logs, issue registers, and sign-off trackers.
  • Collaborate with workstream leads to review and update project documentation.
  • Apply lessons learned from previous projects to improve future delivery.
Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Create dashboards and progress reports for the Senior Team.
  • Ensure all outputs are reviewed and signed off by the Project Manager.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders across departments.
Site & Unit Activity Oversight
  • Support the coordination of unit closures and site visits.
  • Assist with planning and execution of new openings, refits, and pop-ups.
  • Ensure all site-related activities meet brand and operational standards.
The right candidate will have
  • A strong interest in project management, ideally with a relevant qualification or academic background.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A collaborative, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Flexibility to travel to UK sites as required.
Security Pass Requirements

As this role involves visiting our airport locations, successful candidates will also need to obtain a security pass. For this, we will require valid photo ID, such as a Driving Licence or Passport.
