Project Coordinator – Crawley, West Sussex – £35,000 - £40,000 – Fixed Term Contract - Maternity Cover - Monday to Friday - 07:30 - 16:30 – Start from September
Responsibilities
- Provide seamless admin support and office back-up for the Account Manager.
- Ensure outstanding customer experiences through clear, timely communication.
- Manage sales orders, raise quotes, and provide accurate project administration.
- Deliver detailed product and technical advice (full training provided).
- Liaise with internal teams to keep clients informed every step of the way.
- Resolve technical and product queries swiftly and effectively.
- Schedule activities accurately, updating customer data in the CRM.
- Handle small but crucial schedule revisions at final project stages.

- The ability to deliver high-quality reporting and updates to senior stakeholders.
