Project Coordinator – Crawley, West Sussex – £35,000 - £40,000 – Fixed Term Contract - Maternity Cover - Monday to Friday - 07:30 - 16:30 – Start from September

Responsibilities
  • Provide seamless admin support and office back-up for the Account Manager.
  • Ensure outstanding customer experiences through clear, timely communication.
  • Manage sales orders, raise quotes, and provide accurate project administration.
  • Deliver detailed product and technical advice (full training provided).
  • Liaise with internal teams to keep clients informed every step of the way.
  • Resolve technical and product queries swiftly and effectively.
  • Schedule activities accurately, updating customer data in the CRM.
  • Handle small but crucial schedule revisions at final project stages.
