Location: Buttershaw, Bradford / Hybrid Working (1-2 days a week in the office at Bradford)

Work type: Permanent. 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday. Working time will be allocated to undertake the APM Project Management apprenticeship qualification.

As a Programme / Project Co-ordinator, you'll be the backbone of our R&D Innovation team. You'll handle day-to-day admin tasks, support project teams, manage communications and help to ensure everything runs smoothly. Alongside the role you'll be fully supported to study for a Project Management apprenticeship qualification. The wide salary range offered is to encourage applications from school leavers and those with some experience working on projects or programme support already. Where you fit in:

As our Project Coordinator you will:

  • Provide programme support across the full project lifecycle to help drive performance and delivery.
  • Organise and coordinate project materials and information to ensure relevant parties have timely access to required content.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to support the team, including booking and coordinating programme and project-related meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with project and programme reporting to provide performance assurance for R&D Innovation initiatives.
  • Support communication activities such as preparing presentations and sharing key information with internal teams, suppliers, and academic institutions.
  • Handle procurement processes including raising purchase requisitions, managing purchase orders, receipting, and tracking.
  • Maintain governance and assurance documentation for the R&D Innovation programme.
  • Undertake an Apprenticeship qualification in Project Management.

What skills & qualifications you will need:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to build and maintain effective relationships with others.
  • Confidant in using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Organisational skills and self-motivated attitude
  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade 5 or above, including English and Mathematics.
  • A minimum of 48 UCAS points or equivalent qualifications.
