An exciting opportunity for a Design Studio Project Co-Ordinator to work for this amazing design studio bursting with ideas & creativity. Our client is an event & exhibition design agency that buzzes with passion and innovation. A leader in the production of bespoke scenery for retail displays and exhibitions, this business is going through a rapid period of growth and are looking for a talented Project Co-Ordinator to organise the manufacture and delivery of parts for bespoke retail, events, exhibitions or interiors. Please note that this role is full time studio based.

Responsibilities
  • Receive job briefs from the project team and ensure they are understood and scheduled, liaising with the Project team where necessary.
  • Review and communicate job briefs to the installation team.
  • Take customer inquiries over the phone and ensure all relevant information is entered onto company databases correctly.
Qualifications
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in project managing/administering retail, design, graphics or event installations, ideally within a creative agency setting.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to liaise with project teams and clients.
