Overview

We are recruiting four Project Co-ordinators to support a busy team delivering a variety of high-profile projects and events. This is a fantastic opportunity for organised, detail-focused professionals looking to step into a dynamic role where no two days are the same.

Locations available: Lincoln, Huntingdon, Colchester, Norwich.

The successful candidates will be responsible for coordinating schedules, liaising with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring all aspects of their assigned projects or events run smoothly from start to finish.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for allocated projects or events.
  • Plan, organise, and deliver activities according to agreed timelines.
  • Collaborate with a range of teams and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Manage day-to-day event/project operations, resolving issues promptly.
  • Provide administrative and office support to maintain smooth workflows.
  • Ensure all work aligns with business objectives and quality standards.
Essential Skills & Experience
