Overview

Project Administrator / Co-Ordinator – Near East Bristol. A leading air conditioning and mechanical contractor with multiple offices across the UK is seeking a Project Administrator / Co-Ordinator to join their busy team in the Bristol office. This is a key support role within the projects team, where you\'ll be responsible for helping keep operations running smoothly by scheduling engineers and subcontractors, and ensuring site setups are fully prepared and compliant.

  • Assisting with project planning and scheduling.
  • Coordinating engineers, subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Supporting site setups and compliance documentation.
  • Helping track project costs, invoicing, and reports.
  • Providing general support to the project team.
Package

Paid up to £27,000, depending on experience + career progression + bonuses + 25 days holiday + bank holidays + package.

Requirements

  • Be confident using MS Office and project software.
