A sixth form college in Grimsby is seeking a Progress Coach to support students in achieving their academic goals. The successful candidate will manage a caseload, monitor attendance, and provide guidance to students facing challenges. This role requires a minimum Level 3 education and excellent communication skills, with a salary range of £21,423.60 to £22,836.29 per annum. The position is full-time, term-time only, and fixed-term until July 2026.
