About the role: Progress Coach
Activate Learning is seeking enthusiastic and inspirational individuals who are dedicated to making a positive impact to join our Progress Coach team. This role is essential in helping students develop the skills, knowledge, and attributes necessary to navigate the challenges and opportunities in learning, life, and work. As a Progress Coach, you will play a key role in our learners' journey, dividing your time between whole class and one-on-one tutorials across various faculties. This is a permanent, term-time role working during term-time at our Guildford College campus.
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to lead focused Personal Development tutorial sessions within our team. This could be an excellent development opportunity for an experienced Learning Support or Study Assistant looking for the next step in their career, or an experienced Progress Coach who would prefer to step across to a large college.
