A leading clean energy company in the UK is seeking a Programme Manager to oversee large-scale civil infrastructure projects. This role is crucial in delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget while driving contractor performance. Candidates should possess a degree in Civil Engineering and demonstrate extensive experience in contract management and project delivery. The position is based in the South-East of England, requiring 4–5 days per week on-site work.

Operating throughout the UK and continental Europe, we are expanding our team on a variety of clean energy projects across different technologies and development stages. The Programme Manager roles will support key project deliverables across our Energy Programmes portfolio, with the initial positions leading £1bn major civil projects. You will be responsible for safely delivering projects on time, to quality and budget, while driving contractor performance to prepare sites for main construction phases. Positions are based in the South‑East of England and require 4–5 days per week on site or in office.
