Qualifications

  • Experience in project or programme management, ideally in a fast-paced or technical sector.
  • Manufacturing experience is desirable.
  • Background in budgeting or P&L management is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full programme lifecycle, from award to delivery.
  • Lead internal IPTs and develop effective relationships across departments.
  • Host and facilitate customer milestone meetings (onsite and virtual).
  • Track budgets, manage risks, and resolve conflicts.
  • Drive performance using established tools (P&L, Change Management, etc.).
  • Champion customer satisfaction and commercial success.
