The role

As Programme Lead Growth, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will be instrumental in driving sustainable growth by identifying and converting high-value opportunities. Your work will position Babcock as a trusted partner in strategic asset management and equipment support.

Day-to-day, your tasks will include but are not limited to;

  • Developing and delivering new business to drive end-user value in a fast-paced environment
  • Shaping and executing the Blueprint Strategy alongside the Contract Manager
  • Conducting strategic analysis to inform short, medium, and long-term planning
  • Owning and progressing the business pipeline from identification to conversion.

This role is full time working 37.5 hours per week and is based at Andover but there is a requirement to attend other UK sites and occasionally international as and when required.

Essential experience
  • Strong understanding of the Equipment Support domain and market dynamics
  • Proven ability to build senior stakeholder and partner relationships
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex environments
  • Skilled in analysing data and translating insights into strategic recommendations
  • Expertise in internal and external analysis to shape impactful campaigns.
Qualifications

Educated to degree level, ideally in a related field such as business marketing, or equivalent relevant experience.

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
