Supporting the creation of a robust strategy, utilising industry standard techniques, the post holder will ensure the RAAC programme delivers by working with clinical reference groups to validate decant strategies and ensure there are clear plans in place for decant activities to support subsequent RAAC removal.

The postholder will be a key role within the Capital Development Team with responsibility for delivering decant and RAAC removal strategy. The successful applicant will have experience in the successful delivery of programmes: including appropriate oversight of the RAAC project team to ensure effective: project scheduling and programme level roll up for executive consumption, stakeholder engagement, procurement, financial management, project monitoring and control.
