We're looking for an experienced Programme Director to lead the delivery of a major new B2C product launch within the fintech and digital platform space.

This is a senior leadership role that will oversee both client-side and supplier-side delivery, coordinating technical, commercial, and operational workstreams. The successful candidate will have a proven background in managing complex, multi-vendor programmes that transform customer engagement and operational capability.

What you'll be doing

• Leading a full lifecycle programme from concept to launch, covering technical development, API integration, and supporting app or digital platform build.
• Managing multiple suppliers and ensuring alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
• Driving programme governance, budgets, timelines, and risk management.

Delivering a product that materially changes the way the business operates and interacts with its customers.

What we're looking for

• Proven Programme Director or Senior Delivery Lead with a background in consulting or complex technology environments.
• Strong track record in product launches, ideally within Fintech, Payments, or API-driven platforms.
• Demonstrable experience delivering B2C or large-scale B2B offerings that have impacted operations or customer experience.

Excellent stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with executives and delivery teams alike.
