An international media company is seeking to enhance its digital audio advertising capabilities by hiring a professional specializing in programmatic revenue optimization. This role entails actively overseeing daily revenue performance and analyzing data to improve campaign effectiveness. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales experience, a proactive approach, and the ability to effectively communicate complex programmatic concepts. You will be joining Bauer Media’s AudioXi Team. AudioXi is a powerful advertising solution that will be fuelled by our high-quality audio and publishing brands’ first‑party data to target audiences across a diverse range of audio content.
It will offer UK advertisers AI‑enabled opportunities to build effective, addressable campaigns, accessing consumer data from over 50 of our iconic and influential media brands, including audio networks Absolute Radio, KISS and Magic Radio, and podcasts, along with quality publishing brandssuch as Grazia, Empire, Car and Mother and Baby.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in overseeing programmatic revenue performance, optimising campaigns, and working with agencies and tech partners to drive success in digital audio advertising.

This is a full‑time role, Monday to Friday with flexible working hours available. We also offer a hybrid way of working that supports a balance of working from home and our office in London (5 minutes walk from Euston Station)
