A leading technology firm is looking for an R&D Program Manager to drive new products from strategy to commercialization. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science, and extensive program management experience. Location: Glasgow Scotland Hybrid WFH and onsite. Will also consider fully remote in UK, Belgium, The Netherlands, Sweden or Poland. If remote, must be willing to travel to Glasgow once per month.

The Program Manager will bring in new products / systems from strategic identification through commercialisation and production. They will work with the engineering team to remain aligned on scope, manage risks, handle project issues, provide multi-functional communications, and lead the project team to success by using Fortive Business Systems (FBS).
