About the Role

CBRE is transforming its People Function through ‘Project Horizon’, a global program focused on delivering scalable service centers, streamlined processes and enhanced platform capabilities. The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end program management across the UK and EMEA, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment and operational readiness.

This role is not responsible for change management, training, technology enablement or knowledge management, but will partner with those workstreams to ensure integrated delivery.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the regional delivery plan for Horizon across the UK & EMEA, including timelines, milestones and dependencies.

  • Manage the project lifecycle from initiation through go-live and hypercare, ensuring alignment with global program milestones.

  • Lead weekly status calls, monthly Steering Committee updates and quarterly Leadership reviews.

  • Maintain program dashboards, risk logs and issue trackers, escalating blockers as needed.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for UK & EMEA stakeholders, including People Services, D&T and Business Leaders.

  • Coordinate across global and regional teams to ensure alignment on scope, sequencing, and resource allocation.

  • Oversee go-live readiness including cutover planning, hypercare support and post-launch reviews.

  • Track and report on readiness metrics, including staffing process completion and system testing.

  • Support resource planning, including hiring and onboarding of regional project support roles.

  • Monitor budget adherence and support cost-benefit analysis for regional decisions.

What You’ll Need
  • Proven experience in project management within HR transformation or shared services programs.

  • Strong understanding of program governance, milestone tracking and stakeholder engagement.

  • Experience managing regional rollouts in a global program context.

  • Familiarity with ServiceNow, PeopleSoft or similar platforms is a plus but not required.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
