The Faculty of Business and Creative Industries at the University of South Wales is seeking to appoint a Professor within the South Wales Business School.

Based at Treforest, the successful candidate will possess a range of skills necessary to complement and enhance scholarly activity within the faculty, and to assist its growing reputation both locally and internationally. The post holder will be expected to undertake research that is world class or internationally excellent and to produce high quality outputs that are suitable for inclusion in the next REF. Applicants will be expected to demonstrate an outstanding track record of research including a strong publication record and experience of obtaining external research funding.

Key responsibilities:

  • Strengthen the research profile of the Business Research and Innovation Group and enhance the Business and Management submission to the next REF.
  • Lead and mentor faculty colleagues and supervise postgraduate research students.
