Overview

Production Team Leader - Christchurch

We are recruiting for a Production Team Leader to join a successful and growing manufacturing business based in Christchurch.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and production floor experience, looking to take the next step in their career.

Details
  • Salary: £27,000 to £30,000 PA (depending on experience)
  • Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday
  • Monday to Thursday: 8am to 4.30pm
  • Fridays: 8am to 2pm
What You\'ll Do
  • Communicate production goals and deadlines to team members
  • Delegate tasks effectively across the team
  • Create and maintain a productive and motivated working environment
  • Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback
  • Ensure the team has clear instructions and direction to meet production targets
  • Update production lists with accurate information on task progress and work allocation
  • Support continuous improvement using SQCDP principles
  • Lead by example and support the delivery of high-quality production output
