Title: Production Team Leader

Hours: 39 hours per week - Monday to Friday
Salary: £15 - £16 per hour

The Role

As a Production Team Leader, you'll be actively involved in daily warehouse duties while guiding your team to meet and exceed targets. Your role is crucial in ensuring our operations run smoothly and accurately.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supervising, motivating, and developing a team of warehouse operatives.
• Getting involved in all warehouse duties, including picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Distributing tasks and managing workflows to hit daily operational goals.
• Ensuring everyone, including yourself, follows health and safety standards.
• Solving problems and resolving operational issues as they arise.
• Training new team members and supporting their growth.
• Collaborating with management to improve processes and efficiency.
