With a reputation built on precision, creativity, and craftsmanship, we bring visions to life through our in-house design and manufacturing expertise.Role Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee joinery workshop operations, with a strong emphasis on material take-off and breakout planning for manufacturing. This role ensures that production runs smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule, while maintaining high standards of quality and cost control.

Responsibilities
  • Plan manufacturing and dispatch of product to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Working closely with the design team, interpret technical drawings and specifications to create cutting lists and breakout schedules.
  • Coordinate with design and estimating teams to validate quantities and dimensions.
  • Ensure timely ordering of materials based on take-off data.
  • Allocate tasks to workshop teams, ensuring balanced workloads and efficient output.
  • Monitor progress and adjust plans to meet delivery deadlines.
  • Responsible for leading and managing the workshop production team.
  • Promote high standards for quality of work, inspect work at key stages to ensure accuracy and craftsmanship.
  • Ensure safe working practises are followed and work with the Health and Safety team to implement changes and procedures when required.
  • Any other duties, within reason and capability, as agreed with the Senior Managers.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent knowledge within joinery manufacturing.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role within joinery manufacturing.
  • Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings and technical specifications.
  • Strong understanding of material take-off and breakout processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritise, plan and allocate workload.
