Job description

We are currently recruiting for Production Supervisor to join a dynamic manufacturing team, reporting directly to the Factory Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with leadership skills and a background in production to take ownership of key departments and drive performance.

In this role you'll oversee the DI/Cam team, ensuring smooth daily operations, effective staff management and adherence to manufacturing protocols. You will also step up to oversee production performance in the Factory Manager's absence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Production team, promoting accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Manage daily production schedules and workflows to meet output targets and resolve bottlenecks.
• Ensure quality standards and compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure all staff are trained in safe and efficient machinery use.
• Maintain accurate records of production metrics and staff performance.
