Overview

Are you a Production Shift Manager, Section Manager, Area Manager, or a Senior Supervisor looking for a new opportunity? A well established, multi-site food manufacturer is seeking a Shift Manager to join the team on a Mon-Fri 8am-4pm. This role requires experience in a chilled manufacturing environment, ideally meat.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for Health & Safety, production planning, and ensuring food safety and quality standards are adhered to.
• Work cross-functionally with Technical, Engineering and Planning teams.
• Identify and implement CI and Lean Manufacturing initiatives to improve processes.

Qualifications

• +5 years\' experience operating at middle management within food manufacturing.
• Hands-on leader who leads by example and delivers results.
• Strong communication to deliver on targets and improve standards; enhances cross-department communication.
• Experience in a chilled meat manufacturing environment preferred.
