Production Scheduler - Enniskillen Site (Full-Time, Onsite)

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for planning and optimisation? We're looking for a Production Scheduler to join our dynamic team in Enniskillen, working on a 5-day onsite model. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in driving operational excellence and delivering outstanding customer service.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Production Scheduler, you'll be at the heart of our manufacturing operations, ensuring that every activity is planned with precision and executed safely. You'll collaborate across departments—Planning, Operations, Engineering, Technical, OPEX, R&D—to deliver seamless production schedules that meet customer expectations and support continuous improvement.

  • Develop and manage production schedules that ensure safe, efficient, and timely manufacturing.
  • Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders to address risks, resolve issues, and implement changes.
  • Optimise product sequences, allergen management, maintenance windows, training events, and trials to enhance performance.
  • Partner with Operations to plan labour requirements aligned with production goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and customer supply chain contacts.
  • Continuously improve scheduling standards and maintain master data for all SKUs and processes.
  • Use data-driven insights to identify issues, guide decisions, and improve planning effectiveness.
  • Support root cause analysis and problem-solving within Operations.
What We're Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in Production Planning & Scheduling, with a deep understanding of planning systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.

Desirable Skills:

  • Familiarity with SAP, Innova, or similar manufacturing systems.
  • Experience in the FMCG industry, ideally in a planning or scheduling role.
  • Understanding of OPEX principles and their application in production optimisation.
  • Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
