The ideal candidate will have an electrical bias, strong knowledge of engineering principles, and hands-on experience in assembly and testing. A minimum of HNC/HND or a relevant Bachelor's degree is required. The role emphasizes process standardization and continuous improvement within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications HNC/HND, Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in engineering fields.
• Hands-on production support experience in assembly, testing, and quality control.
• Familiarity with hydraulics is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide Production Engineering support for assembly and testing.
• Standardise processes and ensure production compliance.
• Analyse data to drive continuous improvement.

Skills

Electrical bias with prototype wiring

Knowledge of assembly and testing

Understanding of IPC/WHMA-A-620 Class 3 standards

Multi-disciplinary engineering experience

Experience in low-volume engineered products

Education

HNC/HND or Bachelor's degree in relevant field
