Overview

A printing company, providing high impact, inspirational quality screen, digital and litho print solutions, has an opening for a Production Planner Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This role will comprise attending daily production meetings, reporting to the Production Director and managing the day to day production planning in the business, dealing with all machine supervisors and seeing each and every job through the factory.

Responsibilities
  • Managing the complete production process from conception through to delivery and invoicing
  • Producing job bags/works instructions using the MIS system
  • Liaising and communicating with a multitude of clients on a daily basis
  • Building client relationships
  • Attending daily production meetings, reporting to the Production Director and managing day-to-day production planning in the business
  • Dealing with all machine supervisors and ensuring each job is progressed through the factory
Qualifications / Skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to multi-task
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of developing actionable solutions
  • Excellent people skills for dealing with external clients and effective communication within the production team and with account managers
  • Experience in production planning or similar role in a manufacturing/print environment
