Production Operative – Port Talbot

A permanent opportunity is now available for reliable and hardworking individuals to join a busy manufacturing environment in Port Talbot. This role involves working as part of a production team, supporting the efficient operation of machinery and ensuring high standards of product quality and safety are maintained.

Pay: £12.21 per hour
Shift Allowance: 30% uplift on applicable shifts
Shifts:

• Days: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Afternoons: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Nights: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
  (Rotating shift pattern)

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating production machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Carrying out quality checks and reporting any defects or issues
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the work area
• Assisting with line changeovers and basic machine adjustments
• Following all health & safety, hygiene, and production procedures
