Overview

Production Operative - 3-Shift Pattern. Location: Exeter. Pay: 15.51 per hour. Up to 2,600/month. Temp to Perm. Acorn by Synergie is recruiting on behalf of Howmet Aerospace, a global leader in engineered metal products for the aerospace, defence, and transportation sectors.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and supportive manufacturing team in Exeter.

The Role

As a Production Operative, you will be working in one of the following departments:

• Alloy
• Monoshell
• Cleaning / Pre-Finishing

You will be involved in essential processes such as:

• Handling and pouring molten alloy
• Operating high-pressure washing equipment
• Loading furnaces and managing casting components
• Following strict quality control procedures

All roles are physically active and carried out in a hot, industrial environment — full PPE is provided.

Shift Pattern

• Morning: 6am – 2pm
• Afternoon: 2pm – 10pm
• Night: 10pm – 6am

Regular overtime is available — especially on night shifts.

Pay and Benefits

• 15.51 per hour starting rate (paid breaks included)
