Production Operator - Swindon - £24,627 + Benefits

We're hiring a Production Operator to join a forward-thinking engineering environment where safety, quality, and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do. This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your skills in a supportive and engaging setting with real potential for growth and development.

Responsibilities
  • Preparation, assembly, and inspection of parts per defined procedures and instructions
  • Pre- and post-coating processes including blasting, taping, and finishing
  • Working closely with your team to follow the daily production plan
  • General production and light assembly duties
  • Monitoring production processes to ensure high quality standards
  • Reporting equipment faults and adhering to Health & Safety regulations
  • Cleaning and maintaining equipment and work areas
  • Potential to develop into operating the Anodic Stripping Line
