Job description

Brightwork Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for production operatives to join our prestigious family-owned drinks client based in North Lanarkshire on a temporary ongoing basis. Working hours may change weekly depending on client demand, requiring flexibility operating 8 and 12 hour shifts across a variety of shift patterns.

Working hours will typically fall between:

- Early shift (Mon-Thurs 6am-2pm & Friday 6am-11:30am)
- Back shift (Mon-Thurs 2pm-10pm & Friday 11:30am-5pm)
- Night shift (Sunday Midnight-6am & Mon-Thurs 10pm-6am)

Your Time at Work
Daily tasks will include, but are not limited to:

- Hand packing products
- Palletising of finished goods
- Labelling of spirits on fast-paced production lines
- Visual inspections to ensure product quality is as required standards
- High level of housekeeping
- Maintaining health & safety standards

Our Perfect Worker
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, however training is provided
- Flexibility to work different shift patterns
- The ability to work as part of a team & on their own as required
- The ability to provide a 2-year working history
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
