What You'll Be Doing

• Weighing ingredients to precise specifications.
• Operating machinery safely and efficiently.
• Completing paperwork and following strict company SOPs.
• Carrying out quality checks and hygiene duties.
• Packing and palletising finished products.

What We're Looking For

• Previous production or manufacturing experience (FMCG environment preferred).
• Awareness of Health & Safety and Manual Handling procedures.
• Strong communication skills.
• A proactive, hands-on attitude.
• HACCP knowledge is advantageous.

Shift Pattern

• Rotating 3-shift pattern:
• 6am - 2pm
• 2pm - 10pm
• 10pm - 6am
• 39-hour week with paid breaks.

Pay & Benefits

• £14.32 - £15.11 per hour (depending on role).
• Overtime paid at enhanced rates: £20.64 - £30.22 per hour.
