Production Operator Location: Llantrisant

Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour, weekly pay!

Shifts: Weekly rotating shifts, no weekends or night shifts

  • Week 1: Mornings - 6:00am to 2:00pm
  • Week 2: Afternoons - 2:00pm to 10:00pm

Contract: Ongoing with long-term opportunities

The Role

We are currently recruiting Production Operators to join a growing manufacturing site near Llantrisant. This role offers stable, ongoing work within a fast‑paced production environment and is ideal for candidates seeking consistent weekday hours. You will be part of a production team supporting high‑volume manufacturing operations, ensuring products are produced safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operating and monitoring production machinery
  • Feeding materials onto production lines
  • Carrying out basic quality checks and visual inspectionsPacking and palletising finished products
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Adhering to strict health & safety and hygiene standards
Candidate Requirements
  • Previous experience in production, manufacturing, FMCG, or food & drink environments is desirable, but not essential
  • Strong attention to detail and a reliable work ethic
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment
  • Willingness to work weekly rotating shifts
  • Good timekeeping and attendance
