Overview

Production Operatives – Gainsborough (DN21)

Pay: £13.15 per hour + 15% shift premium = £15.12 per hour

Shifts:

  • Monday to Thursday: 6:00am–4:00pm
  • Monday to Thursday: 4:00pm–2:00am
  • Potential Friday shifts: 6:00am–1:00pm
  • Potential Friday shifts: 1:00pm–8:00pm

PS Ltd are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join our long-standing client based in Gainsborough (DN21). This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a well-established and supportive production team.

Responsibilities
  • Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
  • Load and unload materials into machines
  • Maintain high standards of quality and safety at all times
  • Report any incidents, near misses, or equipment issues promptly
  • Collaborate with team members and keep leaders informed of any issues
  • Be adaptable and willing to work across different areas of the production line
Qualifications
  • Good level of physical fitness – this is a hands-on role involving regular manual handling of timber products
  • Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely throughout your shift
  • Flexible and open to supporting other production areas, working overtime, or attending off-site training when needed
  • A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a close-knit team
  • Basic understanding or aptitude for working with automated machinery
