Job Title: Production Operative

Location: Aspatria

Shift Pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off (12-hour day shifts, 6am - 6pm/6pm - 6am)

Contract: Temp to Perm for the right candidate

Pay Rate: 12.80 per hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Production Operative to join our team based in Aspatria for a leading food manufacturing company. As a Production Operative, you will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring the efficient and safe handling of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • In this factory role, you will be responsible for moving stock around the site, loading and unloading, manually lifting products, packing, wrapping, and handling daily production duties.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a 4 days on, 4 days off schedule.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
