Job description

We are currently recruiting Production Operatives for a fantastic opportunity with Staffline in Ely.

This role offers a chance to work in a warm, clean, and well‑maintained environment, ideal for individuals looking for consistent work with excellent benefits. The site provides a supportive team atmosphere where your contributions are valued; however, your own transport will be essential due to its location.

Shift Patterns

• Day Shifts: 6am to 2pm or 2pm to 10pm (rotating or fixed shifts available)
• Night Shifts: 10pm to 6am
• Standard Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Overtime: Available after 40 hours

Pay Rates

• AM & PM Shifts: £12.21 per hour
• Night Shifts: £12.41 per hour
• Weekend Shifts: £18.32 per hour
• Overtime (after 40 hours): £15.26 per hour

As a Production Operative, your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Assembly and packing of cardboard point‑of‑sale stands to high‑quality standards.
• Supporting production processes, including tasks involving pump trucks.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Ensuring all production tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
