Overview

We are looking to recruit a temp-to-perm Production Operative to join a manufacturing company in Dover.

This factory are looking for someone to join a well established team and support in the production process.

This is a rotating shift pattern- 4 on/4off with day and night shifts, so applicants must be willing to work both days and nights.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading materials
• Quality control
• Packing and counting products
• General manual handling and labouring around the factory / warehouse

You must be happy to carry out lots of manual handling and must be physically fit.

You’ll be on your feet all shift and moving materials around the warehouse constantly.

You could be from a production, factory, labouring, warehouse or packing background but any experience will be considered.

Full time hours and temp to perm opportunities for the right candidate.

Starting pay is £28k p/a plus overtime available and uplifts once trained.
