To build our team we are looking for Production Operatives to join our expanding site in Buckingham.

Your Mission

As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and right-first-time manufacturing of all batches scheduled on the daily plan. You will work closely with the Production Team Leaders to ensure all processes are followed accurately, maintaining a strong focus on food safety and health regulations.

What you will do

Using your passion for quality and collaboration, you will:

• Operate mixing and filling machinery according to SOPs and production plans.
• Monitor and adjust parameters (e.g. pressure, temperature, flow) to ensure optimal process control.
• Sterilize production and filling lines and perform internal CIP cleaning.
• Ensure allergen control and apply food safety procedures.
• Complete quality checks, take samples, and support traceability.
• Communicate effectively during shift handovers and collaborate with team leaders.
• Support audits, customer visits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic working environment.
• Use ERP/MES systems to manage materials, tagging, scanning, and documentation.
• Contribute to productivity targets and cost efficiency by reducing waste and non-value-added activities.
