Job Type: Permanent

Salary: Depending on level of experience

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday Thursday 8.30am 5.00pm & Friday 8.30am 2.00pm

As Production Manager, you'll oversee approximately 35 staff across the shop floor, production planning, and engineering. You'll be the driving force behind operational excellence, team development, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities;

• Lead and schedule CNC machining operations
• Drive production targets and manage KPIs
• Maximise efficiency and productivity across manufacturing
• Ensure quality and compliance of all products
• Support new product development and process optimisation
• Champion best practices and continuous improvement initiatives
• Promote a strong health & safety culture
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff

• Proven leadership in CNC production (Turners & Millers)
