A manufacturing company in Poole is seeking a Production Manager to lead a team of 35 in a thriving business. The role involves managing CNC machining operations, driving targets, and ensuring compliance. Candidates should have experience in CNC machining and proven leadership capabilities. Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum, Depending on level of experience
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Thursday 8.30am – 5.00pm & Friday 8.30am – 2.00pm
We are currently recruiting for a Production Manager to join a thriving, privately owned manufacturing business with over 50 years of success in precision engineering. Supplying high-quality machined components and ancillaries across diverse industrial sectors, where they have long term customer relationships.
As Production Manager, you’ll lead a team of around 35 staff across the shop floor, production planning, and engineering. You’ll be the driving force behind operational excellence, continuous improvement, and team development.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a senior leadership role within a respected manufacturer. You’ll have the autonomy to develop production processes, develop your team, and make a real impact on the future of the business.
