Overview

Production Manager - Night Owls Wanted! (4pm - 2:30am) Mon-Thursday - No weekends!

We're on the hunt for a Production Manager to take charge of an evening shift (4pm - 2:30am). Monday - Thursday NO WEEKENDS.

Responsibilities

• Driving performance on Safety, Quality, OTIF, Labour efficiency, and defect eradication
• Championing energy, waste reduction, and generally being the “go-to” person when things need sorting
• Leading your team - setting standards, motivating, coaching, mentoring, and keeping the wheels turning (sometimes literally)
• Keeping Health & Safety at the top of the agenda - PPE on, areas tidy, and making sure it looks good when visitors drop by
• Promoting lean manufacturing and continuous improvement - SIC, 5S, TPM, Kaizen - all the good stuff

• A strong leader who can manage people, solve problems, and keep calm under pressure
• Someone who loves KPIs as much as they love their morning lie-in
• Experience in production, manufacturing, or operations management
