Overview

Birmingham | £30,000-£34,000 (DOE)

We are a drinks dispense equipment manufacturer supplying breweries, pubs, and hospitality venues with everything from towers and taps to full dispense systems. We’re looking for a highly organised operations manager to join our office team and take a lead role in ensuring production runs smoothly to meet customer demand.

What Youll Do
  • Receive and process customer orders via phone and email.
  • Take responsibility for scheduling and coordinating production with the Production Manager.
  • Monitor progress of jobs through production and flag any issues early.
  • Communicate clearly with customers about lead times, updates, and deliveries.
  • Provide office-based admin and coordination support across sales and production.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise between customers and production.
  • Confident using IT systems (ERP/order processing experience a bonus).
