Production Administrator

Based at our office in Lane End, HP14 3BY. Office Based.

Permanent, Full-time, Monday - Friday 39 hours

25 Annual Leave + UK Bank Holidays (with option to buy/sell!), Pension Scheme, Private Medical Insurance, Access to a Private GP

Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and eager to be part of a collaborative production environment? We’re looking for a motivated Production Administrator to join our team and support the smooth running of operational administration within our manufacturing division.

As a Production Administrator, you will:

  • Support operational administrative tasks across the production team.

  • Work closely with the Sales Order Processing team to ensure accurate sales allocation of products and parts.

  • Manage the transfer of completed product stock to third-party distribution warehouses.

  • Book finished jobs, transfer and allocate stock, and generate serial labels.

  • Maintain accurate databases and process associated paperwork.

  • Assist with vendor statement reconciliation and invoice/PO queries.

  • Review and resolve aged creditor reports and credit balances.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement process improvements.

  • Uphold Health & Safety guidelines and ISO quality standards.

Qualifications

What we’re looking for

Essential:

  • Strong IT skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to prioritise workload, manage multiple tasks, and stay calm under pressure.

  • Organised, disciplined, and quality-focused approach.
    Team player with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.

Desirable:

  • Experience in a manufacturing or office environment.

  • Knowledge of Google Suite.
