Your role will be to Lead, guide and support activities/fitness/wellness product rollouts across the DL estate, focusing primarily on New Openings, Acquisitions and Capex Investment Clubs
You will take ownership of product integration into New Openings, Acquisitions, and Capex Investment clubs, with a focus on overall project management, operations and systems training, ways of working, team member recruitment, team member inductions, product preparation, and product launch.
You will deliver training and support via Teams and face to face, ensuring positive and proactive team member engagement is at the heart of what we do and create relevant action plans to support with opportunities and risks, with our focus being on member experience, member usage, and commercial growth
