Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Set the vision for modern working practices, including hybrid collaboration and secure digital workplace solutions.
2. Lead the strategy for Microsoft Teams and manage the team that delivers and supports them.
3. Partner with senior stakeholders across Finance, IT, Cybersecurity, and Strategy to deliver impactful services for Heathrow colleagues.
4. Drive adoption of new tools and features, ensuring they add value and align with enterprise IT strategy.
5. Act as SME in Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Viva Suite), managing vendors, budgets, and KPIs.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the M365 roadmap and governance in partnership with IT Platforms.
2. Design, develop, and deploy secure, scalable, and user-friendly workplace technologies.
3. Evaluate vendor product roadmaps and recommend feature adoption.
4. Manage backlog prioritization, task allocation, and ensure timely delivery.
5. Drive automation, efficiency, and continuous improvement across workplace tools.
6. Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that enhance end-user experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong track record managing modern workplace technologies, especially Microsoft 365.
• Deep technical expertise in SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, and Viva Suite.
• Experience in platform-level administration of Microsoft Teams and related apps.
• Ability to interpret Microsoft 365 roadmap and assess feature impact.
• Hands-on knowledge of M365 custom solutions (SPFx, migrations with ShareGate/AvePoint).
• Proven leadership in teams, backlog prioritization, and project delivery in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with senior influence capability.
• Customer-focused mindset, passion for innovation, and project leadership experience.

Desirable:

• Experience with Teams Meeting Rooms/Telephony, Power Platform, and team mentoring/leadership.
