Product Operations Executive - Freelance

Duration: 9+ months
Rate: £150–£175 per day (10 Days per month minimum)
Location: Hybrid – London office
Start date: ASAP

We are seeking an energetic and diligent Product Operations Executive to join our team, playing a key role in supporting our UK clients across Pulselive’s digital platforms, used by millions of sports fans worldwide. This role will involve a variety of responsibilities, outlined below:

Primary Responsibilities
  • Configure and manage Pulselive platforms and related systems (e.g. Content Management System, Video Publishing Platform, Gamification Platform, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft 365, Google Docs, Google Analytics).

  • Populate content across Pulselive platforms, including articles, photos, and videos.

  • Manage client communications via online tools or video calls.

  • Collaborate with internal delivery teams and external clients to capture and discuss change requests and bug reports.

  • Provide hands-on support for the Pulselive delivery teams.
