#Li-Hybrid
The Office: London, hybrid model
Working hours: 9:00 - 18:00 hrs
What we're looking for:
3+ years of experience working closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and external partners to achieve shared goals. You are solutions-oriented by nature, you say ‘yes, and’ rather than ‘no, but’.
Demonstrated success in managing/supporting end-to-end product launches and GTM projects in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
Both strong written and verbal communication skills, able to distill technical concepts into clear, customer-centric messaging. You may be called upon to speak at events or host roundtable discussions, self-confidence is key.
Ability to use data and customer insights to inform positioning, messaging, and campaign strategy. Critical thinking is in short supply, you haven’t resorted to LLMs to answer any and all questions.
Comfortable navigating product specs and technical documentation; able to translate features into benefits for different audiences.
You can create a slide deck which is not only informative but follows brand guidelines and looks good. We want someone who knows how to engage their audience, not boredom by a thousand slides.
A plus:
Experience in a startup or scaleup environment. You are hungry to make a project work once you’ve sunk your teeth into it, and are creative when it comes to finding novel solutions to unexpected challenges. You anticipate problems before they arise (or are quick to firefight when they do).
Good base understanding and desire to learn more about marketing, e-commerce, creative production, cultural insights and linguistics.
You’ll live up to the Locarian Values:
